# Your End-of-Year Building Maintenance Checklist

One of the most important aspects of being a property manager or owner is performing routine maintenance. Whether you own one building or several, ensuring that your properties are running at peak performance is vital. The end of the year is a great time to assess your buildings and do any necessary checks and repairs. This article will provide you with a full building maintenance checklist so you can keep your properties functioning at their best going into the new year.

## Task 1: Check the HVAC System
